Where can I buy the magazine?
"NATULEYA!" so far is being sold in Christian bookshops in Lusaka, Luanshya, Chingola, Musenga, Kitwe-Itimpi, Samfya, Mansa, Kashikishi, Mpika, Nakonde, Kasama, Mbala and Mpulungu, as well as by Sales Agents of Christian Brethren churches in Northern Province, Luapula and Copperbelt.
Who is part of the Advisory Team?
So far these are the brothers Levy Chibu (Samfya), Obed Mwape (Luanshya) and Frank Kalombe (Kasama). Together they represent many years of training and practical experience in theological education, church planting, church leadership, farming, mining, business, medical work and lecturing at vocational training institutions.
Who are these "Christian Brethren" churches?
The Zambian "Christian Brethren" churches or assemblies are part of a world wide movement of churches that started in the 1830. Since their first missionaries arrived here in Zambia in 1894, more than 1,500 local churches have been planted reaching most areas of the country. They believe in the same foundational truths as most evangelical groups would hold on to. They differ from most other groups in that they do not have a hierarchy or central governing structure. This is the reason for great variety between churches within this movement as to how they handle their church affairs. Unifying factors though are common conferences, literature, itinerant preachers and teachers and training institutions. In some places they are known to work extensively together with brothers and sisters from other evangelical backgrounds.
Is "NATULEYA!" only for Christians from those churches?
No, by no means. Although occasionally we will deal with one or the other more internal issue, generally we will value very much readership and also contributions of Christians from different church backgrounds.
